I evaluate my puppies from birth to weaning age, I watch everything from their health and soundness to their personality and temperament. I want to help you find the puppy best suited for your lifestyle.
1. To the best of the Seller’s knowledge and ability they have represented this puppy honestly and in accordance with the requirements of raising a Miniature Australian Shepherd, and understand that it is sometimes difficult or impossible to tell at an early age how a puppy will turn out.
2. Seller guarantees dog/puppy to be sound and free of disease at the time of transfer of said dog/puppy to Buyer for a period of 7 days. Buyer agrees to have said puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within (7) days of receipt of said puppy. If the said puppy is to be found in poor health, upon written statement from a licensed veterinarian, Buyer will have three options.
a. To keep said puppy/dog assuming all costs for it’s care.
b. Return said puppy/dog at Buyers expense for a full refund of purchase price upon the Seller’s receipt of a licensed veterinarians written statement regarding the health of the said puppy/dog.
c. Get a replacement puppy when one becomes available.
Seller has the right to request a second opinion from a non-associated veterinarian.

Parvovirus and other infectious diseases can be contracted anywhere. Please be responsible with your new puppy. Puppies should not touch the ground anywhere but their new home or be taken in public until fully vaccinated.
3. Sellers have properly socialized the animal, treated for internal and external parasites, and given all vaccinations applicable for its age.
4. Sellers will furnish the following:
​-a. Existing registration papers or any applications for new registrations for puppies that have not been previously registered.
-b. Vaccination Records
-c. Pedigree from both parents
​-d. Puppy pack including Info. Regarding the breed and registry, sample of puppy’s food, toys, etc.
5. Seller’s pet puppies are on a spay/neuter contract. It is most important to me that they go to permanent loving homes where they will receive good food as well as necessary veterinary care and of course, lots of LOVE. All pet puppies will be required to be spayed or neutered. It is advised that this is done if female after first heat cycle or if male between the ages of 12 to 18 months of age. “Proof” may be a copy of the bill with the following: veterinarian’s name and address, date of procedure, name of dog and owner’s name and address. The papers on all pet puppies will be marked “This dog is not to be used for breeding and if bred, the resultant puppies will not be registered”.
6. HEALTH GUARANTEE: Seller guarantees this puppy against any inheritable/genetic defects up to 24 months of age. Seller will replace (of equal or lesser value) with a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian for the following genetic defects:
a. Failure to receive a normal reading from Canine Eye Registration Foundation.
b. Failure to receive a passing rating on hips from the Orthopedic Foundation For Animals.
c. Additional debilitating conditions due to genetic health problems must be discovered 24 Months from birth of said dog/puppy. They must be submitted by two different veterinarians at Two different clinics certifying that said dog/puppy is suffering from one of the following: Epilepsy, Thyroid and immune suppression. At that time, Buyer can either keep said dog/puppy And assume all medical expenses with a refund of half the purchase price from Seller, or return Said dog/puppy at Buyers expense for a replacement puppy of equal value.
d. Seller does not guarantee the size of the puppy.
7. Sellers and buyers realize that sometimes situations change and unforeseen circumstances arise. If at any time, you feel as though you are unable to care for your puppy, you agree to return it to us. We have the right to repossess this puppy if it has in any way been mistreated, neglected and or abused. Also, if and neglect or mistreatment of this animal has taken place, it automatically voids any guarantees given by Arrow C Toy & Mini Aussie’s.
8. Buyer(s) agree that if this puppy is being offered for sale or trade at any time in the future, we reserve the right that it be first offered back to us.
9. The Seller disclaims all other warranties and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, except those described above. The liability of the seller shall not, in any case, exceed the purchase price of this animal minus deposit.
10. The guarantees given in this Contract will be honored only to the buyers listed in this contract, and are not transferable to subsequent owners.
11. Payment, questionnaire, and shipping requirements:
a. Non-refundable deposit of $200 must be received before puppy reservation is complete
i. If choice puppy is not produced, based on most compatible personality deposit can be applied toward a puppy from a future litter
b. Purchase price of puppy is TBD
12. In full payment of puppy and shipping has been received by buyer and circumstances arise that do not allow the buyers to accept the puppy, the price of that puppy will be applied to a future litter.
13. This contract shall be void unless properly executed by all parties involved. Buyer shall be provided with a sign copy and seller shall be provided with signed copy. This contract is a legal binding document, fully enforceable under laws of the State of Michigan. All disputes will be handled in the County of Crawford, State Michigan.
